Paid $200 for lessons they never gave me and won't refund. I had the absolute worst experience at Atlantis. I signed up for swim lessons over the summer with my 9 year old. The instructor was frequently late and rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute. I signed up for lessons for the purpose of getting my child to swim independently before we went on vacation in August. The instructor quit in July and was unable to do any of the 2nd pack of lessons I paid for. Because I could only do Monday nights, they were unable to reschedule me with another instructor. They also refuse to refund my money even though I was unable to get a single lesson out of the $200 I paid for 6 lessons. Very rude and unreasonable. This club is a scam and will cheat you over a technicality if they can. Do not sign up!! They are thieves!

This place is a rip off. For the dirty old equipment and poor maintenance they charge a lot. On top of it, when you need to cancel the membership you'll see their actual colors. I came to cancel on March 1st 2018 as a 30 day notice to cancel my membership in April 1st. But they take money out of my card for the month of April and as I paid already for my last month, I need to use for whole of May. Is this a 30 day notice or 90 day notice? Such a cheap tricks to loot money. They advertise that they have hot massages on their website which they do not have it too. Don't fall into their trap. Stay away guys!!

I love these reviews by the staff!!! The new indoor pool is attractive and the general area around it is clean. Although the average age of the health club members must be high 40s to low 50s, the (actually quite unresponsive) club management insists on playing the "Top 20" which makes many of us absolutely cringe. Young people with their ipods can much more easily listen to the stuff they like than us older folks. Ladie's room, while not filthy, is not clean. Hair everywhere. Having a female attendant come through with a mop a couple times a day would make the experience much more pleasant. Members have to wash the floors before classes. Will look for a more responsive club when my membership expires. On the plus side, the two classes I take are fine.
