I was a walk in. Kenny was professional, patient, courteous and took care of all my needs. I left with a new phone, and some accessories, the happiest I've ever been after buying a new phone. Usually have buyers remorse BUT he allowed me to look at and use all the phones I was interested in to see if they were what I wanted and also what I needed. He kept track of all the phones I looked at, what I liked and didn't like as we walked around. FYI they don't work on commission. He even let me check the sound which is important to me, turned all the way up. I am enjoying my new phone very much. They will make sure that you will have all that you need and are happy when you leave the store. In my opinion, based on years of experience, always go to a Verizon store not an independent authorized dealer. If you can, go to this location, you won't regret it.

Store associate (named Dallas) told us we couldn't transfer a line in store, referring us to call an automated number. We went to the Manchester Verizon store and transferred a line without issue.

Went in to upgrade my tablet. The gentlemen at the door pretty much told me to do it online and just directed me to the Verizon app. That is not the customer service I was expecting. DO BETTER!!! If you are not going to help then don't bother showing up. I know you guys are short staffed but that doesn't give you a pass for giving bad customer service.

I have been a customer over 10 plus years and this company is so incompetent. 1030 am until 404... Left with nothing but a headache. Why have a store when you send everyone out without helping anyone. Preferred customer... How do you treat the others... terrible... No stars if I could.

Yes but you will most likely have to pay a service fee
Was there in early March 2021. Met at door with sign in sheet, asked to wait outside / in car until called. Met at door to permit entry once called. Masks required, spacing marked, plexiglass dividers in place. Hand sanitizer available. Very clean, very polite.
