If I could give negative stars, I would. Slower than molasses would be describing this place kindly. Been here for five hours to do a delivery. Checked in at 6:30 AM for a 7 AM appointment. In a dock at 7:05. Here it is almost 11:30 AM, no status available from the office. I just want my paperwork so I can get on with my day. My advice? Avoid this place like the plague! If you can't... Well, you best pack yourself breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Have something to keep yourself occupied so you don't die of boredom while these people waste your time! These people need some work on their time management and need better consideration for the time of truckers.

This company has been on a mission to eliminate select customers they inherited from the former Pine State Trading grocery division. Their latest attempt to "weed out" the mom and pop convenience stores includes a $2000 minimum order otherwise a $75 deliver fee will be accessed. Since the acquisition this company has rarely been able to complete an order without a missing, incorrect item or damaged upon delivery. The credits for these mishaps are not swift and the process to obtain them is a joke. All business owners should avoid this company at all costs.

Had a family emergency and they accepted me earlier than my appointment time. Lady at the front desk went beyond trying to help me out. I was in and out less than two hours. Great people. Thank you guys so much for your help

This place functions like a very well oiled machine. I have been coming up here twice a week for the last eighteen months. Everyone I've interacted with is upbeat and pleasant to work with. Sheila in the receiving office is a sweetheart and Doug who has been the one receiving my order the whole time makes my job effortless and has me out of there in no time. I'll miss these folks when I change jobs in a few months.
