I've tried different types of repairs here because of the convenient location and keep finding myself dissapointed. The first repair I was dissapointed with was leather edging on some handbag handles. While the color matched, the application was messy and looked terrible. My amateur attempt at redoing it looked significantly better. Then, I took work boots to get resoled. Considering this place is targeted as a shoe repair place and my boss reccomended them for sole repairs I gave them a second chance. They were quality soles but the glue was abysmal. I ended up ordering a high quality shoe sole glue and re-adhering the new soles and they're doing much better. That said, while I didn't complain, I didn't feel like I should have needed to do that. Today is the last day I'm going there. About a week ago I took some shoes to get mended as the stitching was coming out and when I asked about the stitching not lining up he told me that they were broken and they did a new line as close as possible. I picked them up a few minutes ago. Honestly, just look at the photo. The tensioning on their machine was horribly off when they "repaired" these. I need to find another shoe repair place to get this botched job fixed. I get that they weren't in great shape to begin with but if I wanted amateur repair work, I'd have DIYed. I hate to have to leave a negative review but this is the third time on three wildly different things they advertised doing(bag repair and two kinds of shoe repair) that I've been just dissapointed, this one being the most egregious as I'm unsure of if it can even be fixed unlike the other two. I would not reccomend taking anything here to be repaired. If you can find somewhere else, try them first.

Had soles reattached on a pair of work shoes. Repair lasted 30 min. Looks like some super glue in a few spots. My dog would have done a better job. Go elsewhere.

Good customer service extremely expensive decided not to fix shoes wanted more to fix shoes than what I paid for them.
