Had an issue with my Sons Xbox elite controller going bad. Purchased at 180 plus 1 year extended warranty for 60. Gamestop exchanged the controller for a slightly lesser controller my son wanted but told me a new warranty...another 50 to 60 would be needed. Apparently a one year warranty is good for 1 exchange and does not roll over for the remainder of the balance of the year. Thats NOT how a warranty works. I could have exchanged with Microsoft in that year period for Free....no additional warranty needed. Imagine getting a car warranty and the first time you use it, the warranty ends but you know it was still covered by the manufacturer for FREE. No brainer. I will NEVER buy another warranty from Game Stop. The store was slow, the employee was new but nice. The policy isnt exactly the responsibility of the store but the workers there do push these "warranties". Will return to the store when needed but just as easy to buy online and would prefer ordering online instead at this point.

They have new and old games I wish more people still used GameStop. Adapters and cords for old system hook ups and generally decent prices.

Ordered something online and picked up at this location. It's one of the bigger Gamestops. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
