Love the place. Next to my house. Always have fresh stuff, super seasonal offers, nice stuff very helpful always. Summer offer Mango Pineapple Dunkin Refresher is amazing. Also they have new omelets bites for breakfast. Recommended.

Can’t ever get my coffee right , closed the bathrooms . They say it’s not working . It’s been two years now ? A lady had a little girl and she really needed to use the bathroom immediately, they said NO . Disgusting place .

I usually like this Dunkin Donuts location, but today was not good. First, I was unable to order online (App issue, not their fault). The line was slow due to a communication barrier between frustrated customers and staff. The cashier had me wait (with a hand polite signal), so she could retrieve a mobile order from a tablet and enter it into the pos. After the previous difficulty we had encountered with the system - leaving us unable to order ahead of time - now finally at the register waiting to speak with a person - felt rude and put off. Under normal circumstances there would have been plenty of time to order in the store and take out. I had to take my wife to work and had no other choice but to leave. I was going to return and try again, but my wife insisted she had Lunch with her and was able to wait to eat. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and will be addressed by management - so there will be a win/win situation - for all concerned moving forward.

Staff was rude. My coffee didn’t taste right after the first time so they added stuff to it, when I asked to just exchange it for something else the employee threw his hands in the air and said “I can’t afford for you to waste my time, what do you want”. Mind you I didn’t drink but a sip of my drink both times prior and for me to return a full drink twice and get an attitude like that, I’m going to think twice about coming here again. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to go to Starbucks
