best dealership ever. the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. they’re also honest and upfront, which made the whole experience of getting a new car that much better. the salesman i worked with, Ronnie Rosario, deserves the most praise! he really looked at my whole situation ( rough credit, limited funds, no consigner) and found an option i liked and could work with. he got me into a brand new car with a really inclusive service package too. their finance manager is awesome as well! these guys will do everything in their power to help their customers. i can’t say enough great things about this place!

Gus at Jaffarian Toyota was terrific to work with. We met him in early 2022 and went on the wait list for a Rav4 prime. He kept us informed and when it was “go time” he got our car up and running for a quick delivery. He gave us a great tutorial on the car(especially all the electronics and settings) . I had such a great overall experience with Ivan, Skip, and Jose at Jaffarian. They provided the utmost professionalism and were always very responsive with my needs. I didn't charge the market adjustment that dealerships typically include nowadays. They were very transparent from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership!
