Honest car repair shop with fair prices. They stand behind their work and will get the job done when they say they will. They may be a little busy at times but they are in high demand due to the amazing way they run their business. My family has used them for years and we can always rely on them for quality service. I went to Cronk's for a problem with my dashboard. They found out it was a busted fuse and replaced it for no charge at all! They could have milked me for a electrical diagnostics but they are honest and professional. I highly recommend to everyone! Thanks Cronks!

excellent service at Cronk!! first time taking vehicle there, I sought them out based on so many positive reviews in Yelp and Google. Having had my rig serviced there, I am compelled to share my experience. They dont advertise, or have a website, and advise they dont need to. Word of mouth from satisfied clients, like myself, keeps them plenty busy with repeat customers. Cronk was professional, straight-forward, and they did not let me down. They addressed two issues which were neglected, and possibly caused by another prominent auto repair shop (also in Richland, on Lee Blvd). They listened to me describing the issues with the inop fuel guage, squeaking power steering pump, and oil leak, then diagnosed the cause of the issues, gave me prompt and reasonable feedback, and performed requested repairs in a very timely fashion. All problems I had them look at were solved, as requested, and I could hardly be happier. I've never had such a positive auto repair experience as I had at Cronk, and will definitely be returning for future auto repair needs.
