Ordered a Pork roll egg and cheese and one slice of pork roll and no cheese is what I got for a sandwich that was almost $10. What a joke. These guys serious with this? Any place that calls themselves "Brooklyn's Finest" is a disgrace to the name putting out sandwiches like this. If this is Brooklyn's finest, Brooklyn can keep it.

These positive reviews must be from when the original owner was there. The new owner is horrendous. Look around at how dirty the place is. Thought I’d give it one more try yesterday. While waiting to be helped, the owner was handing an order to an Asian man and proceeded to mimic the man and say “Chong Ching Chong” and something about going back to his country. So I immediately left and will never ever return. There are very good bagels around town and I highly recommend boycotting this racist owner and his filthy store.

Love this place. Never a bad bagel. I order an egg white, turkey bacon and cheese on a whole wheat bagel every weekend and it never disappoints. They have the sweetest staff members and the bagels are to die for. Bagels are always fresh and they make great coffee too. Pricing is great & fair, and the inside is very clean. I never wait longer than about 15 mins for my food, which is impressive for an incredibly busy place. Love seeing what I call “the big guy” bring the fresh bagels from the back to the case in the front. And we LOVE the strawberry cream cheese! We appreciate all the hard work from this amazing place!
