I love Taco bell, But the chain has time management issues. This store has no one to take your order if you walk in. They just did away with someone at the counter, done thats it.They have 2 kiosks but one has been broken for months leaving you waiting on line waching the people ahead of you stumble through their order. So you would think if you order online it would be faster, you would be wrong you will wait just as long. What the hell happened to this FAST FOOD chain.

Recently renovated, this is the Taco Bell experience you're used to with a brand new facility. Also, particularly great staff at this specific location. I recently went there quite late at night - they severely understaffed and closing early, but still honored my web app order anyway. Despite catching a lot of negativity from (frankly unreasonably rude) customers they still provided excellent, cheerful service. A great example of grace and professionalism "under fire." This is a great staff and supporting them is a solid reason to frequent this location.

rude staff. extremely slow service. Waited 10 mins in queue at this only to realize they are not taking order at the counter. then ordered through the portal after a customer told me to use that. cashier returned to the counter after 45 mins. that how long we waited for our order to finally come

Just got dinner for my family. We ordered the 5 dollar gordita box and all the food was a mess and cold .We also ordered regular tacos and the meat was cold and shells were old. I got nacho fries and they were xold and hard tasted like card board and cinnamon twists that have been sitting there since the morning. The place was dirty and everything was a mess. The floors were disgusting and tables were sticky .i felt like i was sticking to the floor. Thank god I can cook. Not to mention i sub the gordita meat for steak and it was a mess very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service . It wasnt even busy. Not a good look. Btw not 5 dollars its 5.99 for the box false advertisement.
