Great Value for what they charge on a monthly membership. This gym looks awesome, everything is BRAND NEW, and its huge. Tanning Bed Section as well. In my opinion it looks like it was DEFINITELY worth the wait, as they were building it from scratch. Customer Service Is Also A+, management let me use a neighboring gym until this one was ready.

The worst gym ever when you want to cancel your membership, I went personally to cancel my membership (3 TIMES ) and they gave me a paper that according to them my account is cancel but they are still charging me to the point that i had to call my bank and file a claim thru them.

I love this location. The employees are very helpful, And very friendly. I asked two different employees What machines where best to use for certain workout and not only did they walk me to the correct Gene but also told me how to work it & stood there for a couple seconds to make sure I was doing it correctly. Their rates are incredibly cheap and the amenities you get for what you pay for exceed what you would expect. I love a nice workout followed by a HydroMassage. Personally that is my favorite way to go. I love almost all of the Planet Fitness locations I've been to, but this one is on my top 3 favorites.

Horrific management. Horrific customer service. They are stealing my money and telling me something different every time I call. Go to LA fitness is Matawan. Better experience, better people, more professional. Now I have to pay these idiots to cancel something I never signed up for. Welcome to planet fuckness.
