I'll start with the positives... the in-store sales rep was amazing and the furniture is nice and comfortable. We paid 2/14 and what was supposed to be a 6 week delivery, arrived 5/11. The hold up was our ottomans. We ordered two of the regular, chair ottomans for our set. But we unfortunately received two of the oversized, chaise sectional ottomans. We really don't have room for the larger ottomans and I definitely know the correct ones were ordered, but after the crazy delay, I didn't want to risk any further issues. To make matters worse, the ottomans are slightly irregular. One is about a half inch taller. I fixed it by adding shims to the feet. The shorter one was also cut just a tad short on the width, causing the lid to cave in at the corner from even the weight of my 17lb dog. I fixed that by attaching a 1" x 2.5" strip of wood to the inside of the lid. If I had it to do over again, I'd really be on the fence. They were the least expensive I could find for the quality, but we paid the price in other ways.

We went to Bob's looking for a sectional and ended up getting that plus a bedroom set and fireplace. Joey was the absolute best sales person I've ever come into contact with.. extremely helpful and full of knowledge and knew exactly what we were looking for and only showed us that... we will definitely be back as we have one more room to do. He even helped save us money every way he could. Highly recommend Bob's in freehold.
