June 6, 2022 Wendy's, Rt. 9 S Manalapan, NJ Wendy's is a chain, but for some reason this place seems to ALWAYS go the extra mile for its customers. The food is always fresh, hot, & served exactly the way you wanted it. Staff even in peK rush hour is always friendly and courteous. Wheelchair and child friendly.

I went to Wendy's on Rte 9 in Manalapan. My order was yo go and I had a 4 minute ride The French fries were cold and soggy. What happened to the hot and crisp guarantee?? Very disappointed! 😟

Walked inside and slid on the greasy floor. Stood at the front counter for more than 5 minutes. No one even asked to help me while multiple people looked at me while walking by. Do not recommend, terrible service.
