Dr. Jones is a quack , on my first Visit, he didnt even show up i saw his assistant, and on the 2nd he popped in for about 20 seconds to examine the MRI images i brought on my own with them asking because i wanted answers he didnt even bother to introduce himself on my third visit and keep in mind i live 100 miles out of redding he had me set up to do a ct scan all of this seemed to be just a way to charge my insurance because i have had MRIs with and without contrast then x- rays and after 6 visits no treatment he wanted a conduction study 7 th visit he said he didnt see a smoking gun so he past me off to another dr at shasta ortho u saw another pa who recomended injections even tho i told her i had some and the nerve pain got worse she wanted me to sign a release i did they lost it she couldnt get mri results so tried to get approval for another mri instead of contacting me insurance turned it down i guess Ms Mendosa didnt want to admit the lost the release i signed i wouldnt recomend these ppl to my dog for treatment i believe they charge the hell out of insurance and treat patience like cattle ...just keep em Moooooving...1500 miles of travel no treatment none notta ...5 miles from there office are the MRi results but they order another MRI ??? Incompetence !!!!

Dr. Jones and his staff are amazing. They took their time explaining what was going on with my back, and what options I had. I would highly recommend him!! His bedside manner was impeccable.
