There is a large parking lot and flushing toilets. Unlike the swim beach you can have dogs here. Alcohol is also allowed. There is not much of a beach/picnic area so getting out early is wise. They have some picnic tables and grills for use.

A place to store your boat, no rentals or stores here. Clean bathrooms and drinking water near the boat ramp. Plenty of parking.

There isn't showers at the brandy creek marina they are at oak bottom
They rent Kayaks and jetskies No sail boats. They also have lifeguards offering free life jackest kid to adult sizes. As far as I know this summer 2019 they were talking about adding more items to rent but I am not sure if it will be sail boats or not.
