Our puppy got a hold of my favorite sandals and wrecked havoc on them. After spending about 8 hours on the internet trying to replace them, my husband suggested I see if a leather repair shop could fix them. Ripz Leather Repair come up on a Google search and she was located near my house, so I gave it try. I had VERY LOW expectations going in, but my beloved (no longer produced) Tatami sandals are as good as new! Terri did an amazing job and with a very quick 2-day turn-around! I'm beyond thrilled to have my sandals back in one piece again! Only one shoe was damaged, but I brought her both and was glad I did, because she worked the repair so they would look alike.
