After calling for days, and getting nothing but voicemail/hung up on - I’ll explore another option. This review is a sole representation of their customer service and what I’ve experienced by getting hung up on/not answered. Tons of other options out there

A hard NO! -1. use dirty paper mat from some previous use; 2. condescending when asking if you know your engine (John stated what oil was needed for that engine); 3. price more than other places (but I agreed); 4. waiting area is dirty (oddly there's a display in waiting area to sanitize your car); 5. try to upsell you on filters by removing them and showing you new ones (they're expensive too); 6. price to pay was higher than quoted and added extra charge because "your engine takes more oil" (I balked: "if you can tell me what oil I need from the computer you should have told me that too", "price was less" - he adjusted the price to reflect what he quoted "but hereafter it'll be the higher price" (yeah, I'm not coming back); and kicker 7. tires overinflated (they didn't need any air -they were at recommended psi when I came in. Don't they know how to read the side panel or this manager teach the very young and mellow guys. I've worked in very cold regions so keenly aware of tire pressure). It was quick, would've been quicker if they didn't take out my filters, and I didn't have to haggle with the manager John.

Prices were as expected. Receptionist was super friendly. In and out in 30 mins. I was happy
