We ordered strawberry coladas without cool whip, we got them with cool whip, told the server, she took them back and instead of given fresh one, she took out the cool whip, they were nasty, didn’t taste like strawberry, it has been the worst one we had, never returning to this one ever again!

Very rude customer service and the manager Stephanie was very rude to me and they didn’t follow Dunkin’ Donuts policies or rewards. I REPORTED HER!

The worst DD. They always get orders wrong. They don't offer a senior discount because "we got a new register and it doesn't allow that" oh please! I get an extra large coffee, cream and sugar, that's it. I get mediums, I get asked what donuts did you want (I didn't order any), I got an iced coffee once. Iced coffee will never leave my lips, that's gross, even on the hottest day in July, I want HOT coffee. Horrible place!
