Placed an order for a spin mop for drive you pick up. The associate came to my car to tell me the item was not in the pick up section so he canceled the order. He check to see if it was in stock and proceeded to tell me the aisle it was in and that I can go inside and buy it. Doesn’t this defeat the purpose of order pick up???

I live close by and come here frequently. Friday afternoon after work I went inside to grab a few things. When I put my items in my car I accidentally left my wallet inside the shopping cart. I did not realize until the next day. When I went back the next day they had it at the lost and found. I just want to say thank you to the young man who was working on Friday afternoon (6-17-22) who puts all the shopping carts back where they belong. You’re a life saver!!! I was in such a panic when I realized I lost my wallet. But you made me realize there are still good people in this world!!! Target please give this boy some recognition, he is a life saver!!!

I just got off the phone with customer service because I wanted to ask if there was a product in stock before-hand. I even provided the DCPI number to make it easier for the employee, but she was incredibly rude. The first time I called, I told her the DCPI number and asked if there were any in stock; she mumbled something quietly and then it was silent on her end, so I figured she was looking for it. After 5 minutes of waiting, she hung up on me! I called again in case there was an issue and this time I told her I couldn’t hear her properly; she did not make any attempt to fix the issue and talk to me properly. She shortly hung up again. BEYOND irritated and disappointed with the customer service and I strongly suggest that Freeport Target does better.
