I had a package that was suppose to be delivered 4/18/2022.it went from Virginia to this facility. I live in Arlington Virginia third time it has happened to me..im not a happy customer

I get the same package that regularly comes in 2-4 days every single week suddenly after my package was not appearing for over a week I got concerned. Checked the tracking history and it's been stuck at this shipping facility for a gross amount of time for apparently no reason. Everyone else has the same issues with this place what a joke.

Terrible!!! This is the 2nd time now I've had a package that I've been waiting for that is time sensitive . It got sent through this Post Office and it'll get stuck here for days without being scanned or moving. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but instead it's still just sitting there. USPS needs to do a better job, there is no excuse for it.

I get the low reviews as they pertain to shipping delays as I am experiencing the same issue. That being said, I was able to leave a message and call back number, and a person called me back within a couple hours and was able to provide as much information as possible. I’m not sure why it is so difficult to find a phone number for the facility (603 number), perhaps so they’re not flooded with calls, but once I was able to speak with someone my perspective was changed.

I mailed from MA on12/13. My PO said package was in NH distribution ctr in Nashua. I’ve gotten no scans on my tracking and I have no Idea where my box is. Can’t get in touch with anybody at USPS. Have opened up 2 cases and and got one phone call to tell me what I already know.... serious mismanagement. The Post Master General should be fired for removing all the sorting machines (voter suppression) don’t even get me started! Fix the Post Office hire more people!
There are no real people at the Nashua NH DC.
I suggest you get EVERYTHING shipped Priority mail. I have received every single one of my packages that were sent via Priority.

Wonderful! I'm supposed to have a package by today at 9 and it's in nashua still !!! Yay! Says delivery date has been changed to the 28th! Um NOPE! NOT GOING TO WORK FOR ME!! Call them directly. It may have been damaged. Alot of packages are just thrown on the same cart and things get crushed and damaged alot. The amount of mail these days is crazy with all the internet shopping. Put a track on it. Call the company you ordered it from. File a dispute

Do to covid-19 postal employees are at about half staff so they cannot process the mail fast enough. Your package is probably in one of the hundred trailers sitting in the yard waiting to be processed. Sorry
As of right now the Nashua plant is over flowing with packages due to the Christmas season and due to the pandemic. They are very short staffed with many employees out due to having covid-19 which is really slowing things down being understaffed. They are moving as many packages as fast as they can.

Kevin Holcomb how di you schedule your package to be picked up if you can't speak to anyone. I aent my passport renewal on 2/22 priority mail it's been stuck in NH since then no updated tracking now i have an investigation into where the package is. Rediculous
