I'm not surprised that USPS may go under with the level of customer service I received here. Won't ever be coming back here. Good luck getting a new job to the guy who took my package. Rudeness must be the USPS way.

I don’t know who I talked to yesterday on the phone but he was RUDE! He gave me the wrong number for the distribution center. He gave me a number that was disconnected. Not impressed! I’m SO glad my post office is kind and respectful.

Possibly the worst. They forced me to buy the tape for $3.49 as they are not SUPPOSED to tape packages. What a load of BS. Which post office doesn't have a TAPE. the most rude guys working here. I hope to avoid this unhelpful place, never again.. and btw the SALT and PEPPER hair older guy is very rude and unprofessional... hope they move him somewhere else not fit for customer service...

Horrible experience. I was at the counter for no more than 2 minutes asking a few questions about shipping options and the clerk with the salt-and-pepper shaved head (not the gentleman with the glasses who is always very nice) actually said "You're really taking up a lot of my time." How rude and unprofessional - I took my belongings, walked out the door and went to another Post Office location. And before I got to the counter and was waiting in line, he was clearly rattled by the fact that the line was a bit long (5 people) and said "Geez, doesn't anybody work on a Tuesday?" (rudely implying that people should be at a job and not at the Post Office on a Tuesday morning). And while bantering with a customer, he took the liberty to blurt out an "S"-bomb. Just a poor, unprofessional experience all around. Clearly customer service is the wrong profession for this guy. Too bad, because this had been such a great location.
