Amazing staff there. I live in a group home and we got to that particular Applebee's they are so amazing. We usually need separate checks and they always accommodate us. Amazing simply amazing. Favorite place to eat in my neighborhood.

I like Applebee’s but tonight’s vibe was a little off. Had a couple people who came after me get their tables and what not, I asked about my table and it wasn’t even on the system yet.. pointing out Joni the staff member being actually pretty rude to two ladies waiting to get seated, and his attitude towards them was a complete turn off to society, he shouldn’t been working in the front. I’ve Been in catering/food industry long enough to know what’s good and not and some awareness and consciousness needs to be brought to this staff member, personal problems or whatever shouldn’t conflict with greeting and treating people. Jarrett our server is popping all the way! Yummy meal.

By far the best experience I have had at an Applebee's. Recently moved to Freeport and have been here about 3 times already. The staff is polite and on point with everything. Well, the only thing I had an issue with the 1st time we went was that the waitress did not ask us what order or strips we wanted and put in the 6 pc instead of the one on the 2for20 menu. So just make sure you are clear when it comes to that. Other than that, all of our experiences were great. The food was good. Not a long wait to get seated or get our order taken. Shoutout to Wilson. He was our waiter last time we went and he was great! Greeted us with a smile, didnt seemed bothered by all of our questions and very attentive to all of us. Thank you!
