The food was amazing, very tasty and fresh. However when we were taken to be seated out table was not properly clean and we found a piece of bread on the table, we notified our waiter and he was very polite and had someone clean it. The waiter was very friendly and did a great job. Overall the food was great and will definitely visit again. I forgot to take the picture before I ate half of it 😂.

This was our first time here. We were seated immediately. We started out with the appetizer combo (potato skins, mozzarella twists and boneless chicken wings with hot sauce). The chicken wings were pretty good, crispy and full of flavor. We followed that up with grilled portobello chicken with a side a Caesar salad and steak fries. Also got the chicken critters with a side of rice and fries. Overall the food was good. Quick service. Portobello chicken had nice flavors to it with sauteed mushrooms. Our server was friendly. The also have a wide selection on beers and other drinks.

Best budget friendly steakhouse with impeccable customer service. All entrees are super affordable with huge taste and I haven’t mentioned their legendary ice cold drinks. Who doesn’t like their beer ice ice ice cold in a chilled mug?

1st time guest. Went with wife for dinner on a Tuesday. Overall, good experience. Service was good, not exceptional, but fine. Restaurant was clean. We had the deep fried onion as appetizer, no complaints. 1st basket of bread was cold but very tasty, 2nd basket much better. I had ribeye, cooked perfectly, with chili and steak fries, all hot and cooked perfectly... when it arrived at the table. My wife had NY strip with baked potato and salad. Potato was barely warm and steak, ordered medium well was under cooked(pic). But, my biggest complaint was the gap around the window. I could see light through it and feel the cold March air coming in. It brought the temp of my food down quicker than I would have liked and we had to eat with our coats on even though the rest of the restaurant was a pleasant temperature. A few tubes of caulking and an hour would make a big difference as well as cut heating costs. Would still recommend the restaurant and hope to convince wife for a second trip.

The cactus inside the East Meadow Texas Roadhouse are fake. They will not hurt.
They did for awhile (during pandemic), however, the East Meadow location does not appear to have it any longer.
