I bought a DR-Z400SM through Cycle Design completely over the phone and Jayma made the whole process very simple! She sent pics of the bike and all! When I went to pick it up it was a very fast in and out easy process as well, the tech went over the bike we me very thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered!
