Today I stopped in to get a sandwich. Ham, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, and Mayo on a roll. The store was not busy however the employees all seemed disgruntled. I took my sandwich with me and once i opened it I was extremely disappointed. My sandwich had 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese. I have never in all of my life had such a disappointing sandwich. Public school cafeterias will give you more protein on a sandwich then the Long Island bagel cafe . It's unacceptable to be charging almost $10 for a sandwich like this. I have been to other Long Island bagel cafe locations and had a wonderful experience. This location needs to reevaluate their business and the quality of food they are serving.

The wait is absolutely insane for mediocre food at best. I usually would never give this low of a rating for bad customer service but the people working there were exceptionally rude not just to me but to every customer on the line. If the owner manages to read their review, please hire new staff and rework the menu a little. Judging from other reviews I am not the only one complaining about this. The staffs attitude is just ridiculous

Great bagels! Good selection and even better is the staff. They’re so welcoming and helpful. Right next to the university and is a great option for breakfast!

This is my favorite bagel store in the whole World. Qualified staff. Fresh and yummy bagels. Huge selection and variety. Many different things to choose from. High quality. I'd eat here every day if I could.
