You are judged the second you walk through the door. Not all do but I have been treated poorly by one nurse and two doctors. They say actions speak louder than words and the actions, body language, tone, and even some comments from one individual were incredibly inappropriate. One walk in visit for post covid I had to strongly advocate for myself in terms of care and compassion. The last appointment for my son to have a tick removed I was talked down to by the nurse. At one point I tried to aide her in holding an alcohol soaked swab over the tick on my son's neck. The nurse quickly grabbed my hand and pulled it away as though I was harming my own son. To be treated in this manner is discomforting, concerning, and borderline malpractice concerning the care, both physically and mentally, of any patient. I don't think anyone has the right to grab any parents hand forcefully away from their child. They should be ashamed. This is discriminating Healthcare.

Every time I come in here it’s slow over 2 hour wait to be seen even if I had a regular appoint. What’s the point of having an urgent care walk in when it’s almost better off going to the ER.

Went in for discomfort in my teeth an gums. Treated like a junkie... Again... Its always the same 2 or 3 that do it! Makes a person not want to seek care.

Impossible to reach on the phone, my neighbor spent days trying to call. Than went for a covid test after calling than being told to schedule the appointment online. He showed up at 7 was told to wait till 8 than at 8 was told to wait till 10. He went home out of aggrivation. No one should be told to wait 3 hours in a parking lot. This isn't the first time, they've done this type of thing. I understand being understaffed, but at least hire an answering service for medical phonecalls and don't tell someone waiting for a covid test to go shopping around town for a few hours
