If you are going for covid test then AVOID. Told me the wait is 1h 30m. Had to wait 3h and after that they told me my insurance is not accepted and it will cost me 165 dollars. I can understand that the wait time is estimate but waiting twice the amount is ridiculous. Plus the insurance and everything should have checked when I filled out the checking in form.

The receptionist, (I didn't get her name) Julia and Sara all made me feel very welcome! Julia and Sara's "bedside" manner and professionalism were second to none. This is definitely the BEST Urgent Care I have ever visited.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience: PA Chandni Thakkar and receptionist Marisol have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely no passion for their job. I took my husband to Urgent Care since he was having urinary issues. Chandni Thakkar just stood on the sideline. She did not feel his abdomen area. But she did listen to his heart instead. Ridiculous! She prescribed medication for UTI and sent us off. We didnt receive a follow up call so I called after 5 days. Marisol picked up and said she couldnt find the record and that I should call the primary doctor. Ridiculous! She was quick to try to hang up instead of confirming if she typed it correctly. After we urged her to double check and spelled out the name, she saw the records. Lab results werent back yet (they had said it should be back in 3 days) and she said she cannot follow up with the lab. Ridiculous!!! We went to a Urologist today - it turns out the issue is not UTI. Northwell Health - please train your staff, they are clueless.

Changing my rating to 1 star, EDIT: So I was billed for $222, because my insurance didn't cover anything. I was not told this when I walked in the door and when I just called (the phone number listed here) to inquire, the woman on the phone was very rude and not even from this facility. "This is your bill. And....?" as in, she was bored and didn't have time to talk to me. Don't go here unless you're willing to fork over a ton of cash. So while this place is very clean and new facility, comfortable and not too 'clinical' doctor feeling & everyone I interacted with was very friendly - Convenient location! But I would not recommend. Check your insurance first or you're ending up with a $200+ bill.
