I love coming here. First and most important, they are so clean and use the plastic cover in the pedicure tub. I never see a speck of dirt, dust, or nail polish anywhere, I can tell they are meticulous. Amy does an amazing job with my nails. She is always so creative and has such a great eye for what colors look good and always understands what I want, not to mention she is such an amazing person to be around, she is always so positive and kind. With all of the summer events, weddings, parties, etc., I have been coming regularly, and I purchased the membership. I definitely feel that its worth it. They always have special offers for members and if you come regularly, it helps. I also recommend having the gentleman (I forget his name) do your massage while you get your nails done.. Thank me later. I've been to many other nail places in the area, and no one is as clean, professional and just overall wonderful.

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been in, horrible customer service and no respect! I have been many times and each time I am disgruntled with the fact that I am offered and harassed many different services I dont want and I feel forced to pick one and get charged an exorbitant amount. There are WAY better salons in the area, STAY away if you don’t want to be robbed blind by these scammers. The lady at the front desk should be ashamed of herself, she forces you to tip way over the normal amount and is a greedy person. Never going back.

The customer service is terrible. They barge you with services that you do not want. The worst part is they ask you for more tip. Well over the 15% recommended. I am a Melville resident and I liked the location of the salon but with their behavior I will not be going back. I’ve never been forced to give more tip in any nail salon. Very bad customer service.

The worst nail salon in New York! I’ve taken my girlfriend multiple times, purchased the “VIP package” and have bought the most expensive UV nail treatment for her. They will harrass and peck for a 20% tip on everything. I have spent over $250 a visit and the insane greed these people show is beyond reasonable. The customer service is subpar and only focused on adding on more unnecessary products without explanation of the extra charges they will incur. Do NOT go here, there are better salons down the block. I am a Melville resident and have been here multiple times this is not a One time review of the place. I tried to give them a change but the last visit they bullied my girlfriend for $1 measly dollar! And began treating her wrong because she was short $1 on the demanded tip. Insane.
