Lots of options! Bought jerky, bug spray, beet/carrot juice and more! They have make-your-own peanut butter and it's delicious! Lots of fresh sand frozen options and staff is very helpful!

Quaint place full of organic options you can't find anywhere else! Found dried sunflower lecithin that I had been looking for days! Prices are great, and staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. I came in 10 minutes before closing, strapped for time, thinking I would be rushed, I was not. 10/10 will return.

This place is awesome. A little unexpected in Laconia, but a welcome surprise. They've got a great selection of natural and organic food, including fresh and local produce. Also, their supplements and bulk sections are awesome. It's a must for all health conscious types, whether you're vegan, gluten free, organic-only, Keto, Paleo, raw, whatever! They started keeping some really great prepared food in the fridge! Fresh and yummy!!
