Usually go to this location,never had a bad experience until today. First time going on a Sunday and the provider was horrible. Seemed like she was rushing her patients out and was very rude. Provider Mitzie Frances.

Dr. Greenberg took nearly 48 hours, more than 36 hours than how long they said it would take, to give xray results. rushed results during phone call and didn’t provide specific treatments. almost 2 weeks of pain and after going to another specialist, we find out he misdiagnosed a fractured ankle as a sprained ligament

I went to urgent care to get treated for the flu on Thursday Feb 19,2020 .I never felt so discriminated in my life. The front desk and nurses were really nice. I even asked the receptionist for a mask once I registered. When it was my turn to see the provider she stood at the door asking my why am I here for ? I explained to the provider I have the flu and I would like to be tested for the flu and strep throat the dr immediately said we couldn't do nothing for you. I knew I had the flu because I work in the medical field and was in contact with a lot of flu pts. I was sick and getting worse.. I explained to the dr I need to be tested for the flu and strep she continued saying they don’t do that there. I ask the dr how do they test their pts for the flu or strep. The dr response was by a blood test. When I asked to be tested again she denied me and said She will prescribe me medication called tamifluI . explained I work in the medical field and can not go back to work I need a letter stating I have the flu. She rushed me gave me a letter to excuse me from work and I went home. The next day I had fever chills sweats and sever body aches. I’m a patient of monti Since I was a child. I never had a bad experience with that urgent care before. The uncomfortableness the Dr mad me fell. I will never go back.

My Mom is 85 years old. She was complaining about pain, soreness and some swelling in her throat. She didn’t want to go to an ER and wait 6 hours so she asked to be taken to Urgent Care. Within 10 minutes she was being attended. Very caring, efficient and professional staff. Mom was diagnosed with an infection. They sent the prescription electronically to her pharmacist. She is now okay. Big, clean and professional establishment. I wish them the best in their efforts to help the local community.

Yes! They'll have your insurance I'm their computer system. As long as that insurance is active you'll be fine!
