I usually try to ignore the poor service I get every time because I assume it’s due to the fact that the establishment is busy. I ensured to go when it was not as busy. Even then I still received mediocre service. Even if there was a delay with my order, nothing was communicated. Persons that came after me got served before me and it really rubbed me wrong how unpleasant the attitude of my server was. I’m not asking any favors I’m a passing customer. I was very patient, waited at least 25 minutes, and I ensured to show my displeasure on my face. I’m giving them an extra star because the food was nice but the service surely was not worth it I’m sorry. It could be better and I do hope they improve on that.

I really like this place. They have large portions and friendly service. But the food tends to be highly salty. Hopefully the chefs are working on it and know that the food is salty especially the meats but really everything is salty.

Ordered through delivery and the food got on time and hot. First time I order from this place. The food tastes so delicious, home made. I ordered the red snapper baked fish with rice and beans everything was flavorful ! Definitely ordering again. Won’t let you down. Loved it!

Update: went back to try to order to go, it wasnt busy and was the only one waiting at the counter, everyone there saw me but did not assist me. Left after 10 min. Too bad guess i wont be eating from here again. Old review:Sooo good! Had the croquettes and peppered steak platter which had good seasoning and cooked perfectly. Their sitting menu is a bit more of a fusion than traditional but still good food if you want to try something new.

The same thing has happened to me, I always buy in this restaurant until interday by phone. Pablo is very attentive to customers but the other employees think that it is to ask that one enter when we go personally.
