Stopped by to look around for a hallway light fixture. I was greeted immediately and accepted the sales person’s offer to help. There was a large selection of quality items that seem reasonably priced. It was a swift and easy purchase. I will definitely go back.

I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Lights on Design Lighting and Vanities, must be shared. I was looking for lighting at a place where my business was not valued and my needs were completely ignored. I am so grateful that I drove a mile or so from where I was and walked into Lights On Design. Their SUPERIOR customer service and ample inventory made it possible for me to purchase all the lighting I needed in a single visit.

I normally don’t take the time out to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. This store will always get my lighting/electrical business going forward. There was an issue with a piece missing which prevented the large chandelier from being installed. I was highly upset and disappointed that this imperative piece was missing, and my chandelier would not be able to be installed for the holidays. I called and texted Glen and not only did he jump in his car and drive 2 hours to personally deliver the missing piece, but he followed up thereafter to make sure I could get someone to get the chandelier installed before Christmas. Glen is an AMAZING person and I’m personally grateful to have met him and looking forward to doing future business. Everyone that walked into our home said “but the chandeliers, though” and we are still receiving texts from my neighbors as it lights up the street🤗. I also need to note the quality of the chandeliers is unmatched by any other lighting store. I told Glen I needed a WOW piece and he did just that! I’m honored to write this review.
