I used to love coming here. But now on weekends I can’t even come bc they have all the machines used up for drop offs! I asked if they can remove the clothes bc the machines were stopped and they said no bc there’s no dryers. I feel drop offs should be done only in the weekdays. NOT on weekends bc people who work can’t wash their clothes !! I know it’s a business but ya can do better with timing the drop offs I had left a great review before but sorry not today

Me and my wife have been doing laundry here since the grand opening. In the beginning they were open 24 hours for reasons unknown to me they now close at 11pm but the this evening (Saturday April 9, 2022) we arrived at 9:23 pm loaded our machine and loaded the card with money. We then notice a woman at the front counter telling the staff that her machine was not running though but took money off her card. The staff member responded saying the last wash is at 9pm. So at that point I stop pouring detergent and i walk over the counter to find out why would the staff watch people walk in and load clothes into the machines load detergent and scan their cards without saying a word. At that point another woman approached the counter because her machines weren't starting either. After the fact I did see on a chalk board sign amongst other things written on it that the last wash was at 9pm, which seems to change whenever we go to this laundromat. I will take accountability on my part for missing the chalk board sign which is below eye level but the 1 star is for poor customer service. There were 3 staff members there and not one of them could say hey last wash ended. They were watching people walk in with bags of laundry load their machines and scan their cards. We ask for a manager we were told there isn't one. We ask for the managers or a corporate number and we was given a business card. One of the women called the number and the laundromat phone started ringing. One woman ask for a refund and the staff member just gave her a blank stare but I would like to request a refund as well and I will no longer be washing clothes here.

Extremely disappointment about this laundromat. I just moved around the area my first time coming to the place the manager was very rude to me. I don’t know her name but she is very short lady. She yelled at me for asking her a question about being able to dry my clothes that were washed at my place. She yelled and said “YOU CAN’T DRY HERE. YOU HAVE TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES HERE IN ORDER TO USE THE DRYER, DON’T YOU SEE THE SIGN?” and pointed at the wall. I was in shock in the manner she spoke to me. I asked to get a refund on my card, and she replied that they could not refund me. I thought that maybe she was having a bad day and that’s why she spoke to me in that manner. My second incident happened at night. Before heading to the place, I checked on Google to make sure they were open. Google says they close at 11PM on Sunday. I get there at 9:05PM with my daughter we were planning to use one jumbo machine. To make this story short I forgot the soap in the car and went outside to get it. When I entered the laundromat again, my daughter tells me we cannot wash because staff just told her we cannot and the last wash is at 9PM. I asked my daughter, “who told you that?” Out of nowhere I hear someone yelling, “I SAID THAT.” Notice it was the same lady from the first incident. At this point I reminded her about the business hour posted on Google. Grabbed my bags and walked out because i felt disrespected in the manner that she was talking to me. I respect every business rule but I will Never, Ever, step a foot in this place. The lady lacks customer service skills. Needs to learn how to approach people. I feel that she is prejudice against black and brown individuals. She could have spoken to me with manners. She could have offered me other services like the drop off clothes service, which I would have been interested in. She was mainly focus on being demeaning towards me. It’s not what you say, is how you say it. Never, will I ever step a foot in this place.

Wow!!!! What a laundry mat lol! Technology world is truly taking over!!! I mean come on you get a text message when your washer and dryers finish... WHAT!!! incredible! Owners and employees really take care of this business they keep this place squeaky clean (hence why it's called clean fresh 😅). Clean fresh is extremely huge with a lot of space to keep a distance! Don't have to waste time waiting for someone to finish a load you just move along!
