Love that I am able to find things I actually want and can wear here. Not all the jeans are overly distressed and not all the tops are cropped. All this and for a fraction of the cost

Selling here is honestly a waste of time and an insult. They take pieces worth $40 and offer you like $6 for them. Apparently they want you to bring in your stuff in a plastic bin. But they have bins there that they won’t give you after they tell you to bring your own. Why would I waste my money to get a bin to put clothes in? The bin would probably cost more than the money they’ll give me for my clothes. The tennagers working here are extremely rude and snappy. I had three of them raising their voice at me that there is a sign on the door about no plastic bags.

I’m going to start off by saying do not go here to sell if you’re looking to get the price that your belonging are actually worth…it’s an absolute rip off! I understand that the clothes are used, however, I brought a brand new $108 sequence dress from Express, a fitted Chicago Bulls hat and many other items and was only given $13. No one there explains any policies to you or makes sure that the customer understands that they are not getting what the clothes are actually worth. They also just don’t accept clothes and items because it’s out of style or stained but as I was walking around to be completely honest that all I seen .There are MANY pieces of clothing stained, ripped, etc. It’s honestly a scam to get as many clothes as they can in the store without actually paying you that much for it. On a good note, there are some good clothes and shoes for good prices…

When selling you have to bring in items in a laundry basket or plastic storage tote. No bags. No boxes. Has to be something that can be wiped down and sanitized. They do offer a complimentary storage tote where you can place your items if you don’t follow there protocols. However if they decide they don’t want any of your things you are responsible for removing all your items from there storage tote and putting back into your box or bag. Seems like a hassle so you better off bringing in your own plastic containers. So you can grab and go. Very busy when we came in. About 30 minute wait for them to process your buys. They send you a text message when they are done looking at your things. Girls that work here seem friendly and polite. Plenty of parking located by Target and Panera.
