Loved shopping for my little one at Carter’s. Shopped during Saturday morning found enough parking space in-front of the store. Found beautiful collection of dresses with some good offers .

Store is clean and well organized. There was a gas leak in the building while visiting and the staff were excellent to notify and evacuate the customers. As for the clothes I bought they always run small so when you buy a 6 month shirt it may fit a smaller baby at 4 months. I absolutely hate that everything for girls is a combination of pink, sparkles, or it resembles unicorn droppings. We buy mostly boy clothes here because they have fun gender neutral colors, with sharks or dinosaurs. Last is the prices are high for what you get. All that gripping aside I love that they have shirts that inspire intelligence like "future inventor" or "future astronaut".

A very nice sales associate named Van was awesome and helped me exchange an online order. Because the item was not available in the store, Van reordered the item from the online store for me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great experience!

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
