Ordered parts weeks ago and cannot reach anyone to check on status. Tried calling, leaving voice messages, email and no replies. Appears this company is a scam or out of business BUT THEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS AND CHARGING CARDS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would give zero if I could, see note below to owners: Chase, I am at a loss for word here. The amount of miscommunication and lies from your company are unparalleled with any interaction I have ever had. Scott promised me the distributor was en route and would be available when I returned from out of town travel from work (mid-June).... no distributor. No one reached out or notified me. I had to send multiple emails and voicemails to get a response to my inquires. Promises that distributor was again en route and failed to arrive. Up charging me for the second new distributor after I just expressed that your company cost me thousands of dollars for a boat rental over the 4th of the July.... the biggest event of the summer impacted. Again, no distributor and now a used one was promised... no discount $100 cheaper for used... come on. Now no distributor and you want me to buy the rest of my order from you..... I feel the company is liable for my boat rental costs, time and stress of this unfortunate situation. If you are not going to offer anything to me then I think I just need to put this expensive, time consuming and horrible experience behind me. I will leave this note as rating for the company online. I hope this is not how you treat other customers. God help them.

Have had to deal with JD on a number of purchases and in each instance have received outstanding service. Prices are very competitive with other suppliers and communication very easy with good response times. Will do business with them whenever I can. Thomas
