We walked in on a busy weekend after my son cut his foot quite badly while swimming. They took us in promptly, and did a great job sewing up my son's cut and I just wanted to share how well they did. Excellent service.

I called to ask if I could get a blood draw there with orders from my dr at home. She said yes, come on in. I got there, receptionist on break said the sign, with a roomful of sick people. 15 minutes later I gave her my orders. She said someone had to look to see if they did this. 20 minutes later someone brought them back and said yes. Then the receptionist said 1.5 hours, same as everyone else. I asked how can I avoid this. She gave me a card, said go online and make an appointment. I did for 9:30 Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday at 920. Receptionist on break. 10 minutes later she took my orders and signed me in. At 10 I asked when my appointment was. She said you are next. As I watched 3 other patients called back in the next 15 minutes, not me, I asked for my orders back. She said what she said repeatedly that morning. Only one provider available. I didn't need to see a dr. I just needed a blood draw, not a dr. And I had an appointment as recommended. I left. Do not think an appointment matters. Do not expect the truth from the receptionist. Bad experience.

This urgent care was amazing. I hate going to urgent care facilities because you usually wait forever to be seen and it can be such a hassle. Clear Choice wasn't. I was there on a Sunday morning and it took maybe 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I even had to call back with some questions afterwards and they answered promptly. I will always choose Clear Choice for my urgent care needs!

I highly recommend this clinic for anyone without a primary physician or is in need of a same-day appointment. Very clean, well maintained facility. Friendly and professional staff. I recommend utilizing the "Skip The Line" option available on their website. This is very simple, user friendly and saves time. The nurse and physician I saw were quick and thorough without making me feel rushed. I received high quality care and my entire visit was less than 30 minutes. I will visit this clinic again in the future.
