Every time I go in for something there is a issue. Wrong part, can find it or just didn’t look up the right information. The news issue was that I could not reg my boat do to the fact that my he said my name was not on it. The boat belong to me and my sister and her name is first on it but they would not pull it up in the computer to look. I been the one reg for year at the town hall with no problem. The only reason I did do it there this year was do to they had no sticker

Purchased a Mercury 20HP outboard from Irwin last year and it has been great. Had one small issue with the trim switch so when I brought it in for the yearly service I told them about the issue. Linda went out of her way to get Mercury to cover this intermittent issue under warranty. Very friendly and great to work with, I plan to use them for service and if needed replacement of boat or trailer.
