I didn’t even want to give the 1 star but I will because I want to leave a review. I’m not here to bash anybody but I took my sick 11 month old baby to urgent care to be seen and we were denied due to my sons insurance being out of state. I grew up here in MA but I recently moved out of state. I had my sons insurance card all his records anything they could possibly need. We were told we won’t be seen and that I needed to take my sick baby somewhere else. The dr didn’t even come out to see us talk to us nothing. Basically brushed us off and called up the next person like we didn’t matter. For me not even a star is deserved after this experience. To all that had better good for you that’s awesome.

This place is usually great! Hence why took my daughter today. Hadn’t been in a while. This experience was terrible. Was there almost 3 hours. I made an appt for 12. Tried to get there for like 1120 because it is a walk in so if could be in sooner than wanted to. Nope 3 1/2 hours every person in the waiting room that came well after me was our before me. The woman at the desk who told me to have a seat and should call me up….asked me when I finally went up around 1215 if I had checked in…I said you told me to sit and you’d call me..? After telling her she had an appt for 12 when I arrived. They don’t even do paper work anymore all through phones. Ridiculous. Probably won’t be back after that visit. Unfortunate.

I am here sitting in the parking lot for a 15min covid test. The test takes less than 10secs. I know that because my company does the same exact test every week of all employees. They told me go sit in your car we will call you. It has been 40min waiting, I went in at 30min asking when, they said to keep waiting. And the office is empty noone waiting inside or around me in parking lot. I am looking inside the cars to see if there are people waiting. Nobody! I still dont know when they will call me. And I used up my entire lunch hour just waiting :( Still unknown how long, they wont give an answer.

Above all, 4 stars, I had an appointment and still waited to hours to be seen, this is why I didn’t give a five star. 4stars, once seen, the staff was Quick and efficient, The staff and Dr. were very kind and very helpful to my care and made me feel very comfortable, you would never have known they were short staffed, except for the two hour wait. Thank you🙃
