Your basic wash and vacuum will only get you a basic wash. The staff tried handed me the vehicle and I told them twice that it’s still needs to be vacuumed and they just kept trying to assure me that it’s all good

It was pretty good service. The car was clean was outside and super shiny. There was still streaks in windows. And the people left their spray and wipes in the trunk.

I love washing my car here. They pay attention to detail and give that love that you would to your own car as if it was their car. Worth the penny. They are always busy so I would suggest either early morning if not your waiting depending on the package you choose that day. But def recommend.

TL;DR May wanna skip this place if you drive a manual. They're pricey and takes a while longer than most places. They broke my armrest and offered a free wash in lieu of replacing it. Read the reviews before going. Review: This is my second visit to this particular car wash. It's very popular since they wash by hand and usually take their time to assure the car looks good which is appreciated. Expect a decent wait time to get your car washed and finished as a result. They are a pretty pricey compared to other local car washes and do charge a fee for credit/debit card usage, so be advised. My first experience coming here, I wasn't too pleased with the quality of the wash based on the price I paid. This time around, however, my armrest was damaged by one of 4 different people who had entered my car. So, I'm not all too pleased this time either. To start off, I was transparent in saying the top leather part has come off and was glued to the body of the armrest. In this case plastic is clearly cracked in as though someone had put a significant amount of weight or force on it. They have nothing to do with one another as they are very clearly two separate pieces. They tried gaslighting me when I told one of the guys who finished working on it. Eventually, I spoke to management who also tried to gaslight me, but eventually, he offered to see what he could do. At the end of the day, they offered a free VIP wash which almost covers the cost of the replacement part. The offer was appreciated, but not a solution to the problem. Perhaps if I wanted to visit again, but I have no interest in doing so. Seeing them struggle to move my car to a spot was already enough to warrant my hesitance for a third visit. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because in all fairness, the wash was decent and management was friendly and accommodating to what I'm sure was the "best of their abilities". I really should have read the reviews before coming. You should do the same.
