If I could give them zero—I would. I don’t know how they are still in business. Zero customer service—poor and aggressive communication could be a cultural factor but I will never return to this business. There is nothing pro-nail. They are rough with removing any acrylic and do not take the time to soak off and file your nail but will use a cuticle cutter to tear off any residual. Absolutely find somewhere else to do your nails!

My mom and I have been going here for years and let me tell you THE DEALS ARE INSANE! Obviously with such cheap prices you lose some of the class of a manicure. Tom is so sweet and had known me since I was little. You get what you pay for. They may not put a hot towel on your hands but you get a DAMN GOOD SET OF NAILS FOR LESS THAN $50!!!!! Will be going here forever💓 ALSO THEY NEVER FALL OFF!

Nails are done extremely well, I get my acrylics done here. Personally I think it is the best in the area, nails stay glued on for more then 3 weeks without breaking.The people are nice They are on the pricer side ,but the end results are amazing and I care about quality so it's fine.However if you don't want to be rushed out or want a soak off I recommend not coming 2 hours before closing time because they do like leaving on time and will rush you out. Other then that, Thier nail work is amazing.

The owner Tom is very nice, and Sue. They can do a professional job. They are both very good. My nail will last more than 2 weeks when they do my nails. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
