Nothing SUPER here.. First time there for a supersonic car wash. Paid an extra 3 bucks for the suv charge on an outback. Didn't inspect until I got home. Roof completely filthy. Guess the extra didn't cover that. $50 lost. Complete ripoff. Now washing myself. So I'm out another $50.

I pay for monthly wash. They don't clean good from inside I had a spill in my cup holder fir about a month visit I got car wash 4 times and they did not clean it all 4 times. I specifically told them twice out of 4 times to clean the cup holder. Yet they did not do it. Then I just cleaned it by myself. They need good manager also training on how to inspect after cleaning.

Believe every bad review here! Look at my pictures. They stained my car. I spent $48 plus $10 tip for a car wash and they left my car filled with water marks. I was waiting for an hour before they started drying my car, then starting cleaning 2 cars that came in after me. I returned the next day to ask them to rewash my car because of all the water marks they left and they refused to, asked me to come back tomorrow, I mentioned I couldn’t because I work so I needed this taken care of today, they said there’s nothing they can do to come back next week then. So basically I went there to leave my car dirty and with all these watermarks that I now need it to be detailed. They are so unprofessional and couldn’t care less about their customers. I will never return here.

May 02, 2021- They do deserve a 5 star. Today was my first time there and I was very satisfied. They took their time on my car and did an amazing job! It is worth the price. My car was very clean and smell like new again! I highly recommend this place and I will go again for a second experience! ————————————————————————— May 26, 2021- which is today is the second time I am using them. I needed to edit this comment and bring them down to a 3 stars. Today was a disappointment. The car was not vacuum properly. The guys that were working on my car which I watched from inside the store just cut corners. I kept my tips back in my pocket after I saw today’s work. Maybe the morning crews are better than the afternoon. I don’t know! This is an amazing car wash but today was just trash. I’ll edit this post again when I go there again and this time it’ll be in the morning.... I shared pics to show!
