Wish I could give less than one star. AVOID this bank. Chase has been amazing to me the company itself but this branch is the absolute worse. The customer service of the bankers is so horrible it seems you are a chore to them and you are wasting their time. They all hate their jobs. I am unsure why they even do it. They treat you like you are dirt poor and uneducated. I went to ask questions and find out more information and was told to go research and learn on my own.... is that not why YOU went to school or learnt to be a banker, to answer and help people who does not know. All I’m saying this branch should be closed down. Truly ruined my entire day just now

Waited 45 minutes to speak to one of 2 advisors , there were 3 but only 2 were working , the 3rd one seem to be ignoring the customers , by the time one of them free up he decided to go behind the tellers and hide for a few minutes when he came back he decided to make a couple of phone calls before acknowledging the clients waiting . Thats usually my experience with chase branches and thats why i decided to close my account

I'm not quite sure why all the bad ratings but I use this bank weekly, and I have to say they are very quick and pleasant people working at this location. I go in all sorts of time. Everyone asks if I need help. I actually came on here to write a review because this is the 1st chase where I've had the best service at. Keep up the good work!

The worst branch in all chase bank waiting to do a straight deposit for a friend of my mine ... and there's only 2 tellers .. one handling a business customer that came in with stacks of 1 dollar bills and the other teller is still counting the ATM Machines is 10:44 am .. they supposed to count those machines once they get in the branch.. and they left me waiting on line for 15 minutes. I was the only customer waiting.. disgusting service.. the worst.
