Delighted with the attention of Rosa, manager of this establishment, today I was able to enjoy with my family and it was very pleasant to be able to share with these people who provide a very dedicated service, together with her her very organized team were very kind in being able to come to our table and make sure everything was excellent, if you could take this comment into account and congratulate those employees who made our family afternoon wonderful with their excellent service.

Last night I had placed an order online and when I went to pick it up I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to receive it. While waiting I noticed the staff very disorganized multiple people complaining on why its was taking forever to get their food another customer came in complaining about having the wrong order and I also observed the manager I believe serving fries in soda cups on the to go orders. The amount of times I had to ask for how much longer is incredible. I honestly do not mind waiting but the way they work under pressure is disappointing. The only good thing out of this was the young man who served me my food he was very nice but other than that this was a HORRIBLE experience
