(GO TO KENTS INSTEAD) TERRIBLE customer service. I have lived in this town for 20+ years and EVERY time I have ordered it has been WRONG. I always give them another chance months or a year down the road and it ALWAYS ends up being wrong…and ALWAYS give me a hard time when I try to get it corrected. I am never rude about it, always in a nice manner until they come at me and try to blame it on me for “ordering incorrectly.” In this case, I ordered a Gluten Free pizza and that was the only thing correct about it. There were multiple missing items on it. I called with the concern and they said they would remake. THEN, I get there 30 minutes later and they never re made it and wanted to charge me for the remake. After having my BF come in to try and reason with him, he said he would only make us pay half for his/who ever took the orders mess up. Another time in the past, I ordered a salad with no croutons since I am Gluten free with grilled chicken and I got croutons and salmon instead and went through the same thing with the same man…I’m assuming he is the owner. NOT worth your money because the food is a 3.5-4/10. GO TO KENTS INSTEAD.

My food took over 45 minutes to be brought out to me. I watched a cook put his hand in his pants to scratch his groin before going into the kitchen, then he went right to the line to keep cooking instead of re-washing his hands. I have heard that the owner goes to food pantries to aquire a lot of his ingredients. This place is also disgusting and smells like mold. I would avoid eating here at the risk of getting extremely ill.

Been coming here for years. They have my favorite pizza and garlic bread with cheese. The chicken parmesan is great as well as the lasagne.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience. I call at 8:30 to get my food that was promised to me and they said were closed. They will not remake my promised food nor give me a refund. Suzy is the most DISRESPECTFUL lady I have ever encountered in the food industry. I have no idea why this owner doesn’t take pride in their business. Michelle is the nicest worker there and has been VERY helpful. My problem is still yet to be solved and I have yet to get my money or food back it’s been 4 days.. very disappointed in this place I like the food but it has been a horrendous experience and I just want everyone to be aware of what will happen if their food gets made incorrectly even tho you told them what to do. I rate this experience overall a 0.6 /10. No exaggeration
