Langley Dental Clinic is amazing! They are always professional and helpful. Megan Lutes is great dentist to go to she helped me get over my fears of going to the dentist she pulled my back tooth and has done several feelings and she has never caused me any pain. She really cared about her patients. And the hygienist does an amazing job

I wish some people would revise their ratings. These Ladies in this office are Amazing. This office is jam packed busy and they still keep their cool and are so patient with each patient that they see. Even when the patient gets belligerent... Yes, I did... (Shannon, I'm sorry I was so rude/mean to you, please don't let it dishearten you) And they were still so nice and caring. They are all just wonderful people and I can not express that enough. Thank you to every one of the staff for being so caring. As for other reviews about them cancelling appointments... Please think about that. There are many reasons on both ends to cancel an appointment. PSA: Right now they want everyone coming in to wear a mask, To Keep EVERYONE healthy, so no one gets sick and has to miss work...

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are constantly canceling appointments the day of and won't reschedule you for another 2 months. Stop scheduling all these patients if you are just going to cancel every single time and they give you a we didn't know this would happen we don't have the staff but yet you do know that because this is the excuse we get every time this has happened 4 times in one month

They say you can only make an appt once a month but they dont answer their phone or if they do, they just hang up on you :-(...... edit to respond to Langley reply..... i called over and over for an hour!!! Got hung up on several times! Or it was busy signal. I wanna say i probably called 50 times in about an hour and a half. Sometimes i tried to press different buttons only to be transfered to the same line that was busy or hung up. I cried and cried it was so frustrating cause my son is in pain! They told me on the phone when i called the week before that i had to call on the first and there was NO OTHER way to make an appointment, even though i took my son there last year and they claim they have no record of it, but I DO! Fornthose of you reading this review , Healthy smiles in ocala was super friendly on the phone, make appointments anytime, and answer their phones!! The way Langley makes appointments in a world where people have to work to make ends meet is asinine! I felt like part of a cattle herd... they pretty much are saying "you people can only get medicaid for your kid, you are poor so you dont deserve to be treated like a person, you must jump threw hoops at the same day and time we set aside in our circus we created .. if your employer allows and you can manage to call at the right time and if you make it threw our embarrassing race then we will service you". ... completely unacceptable and cruel to be honest.

I have left messages for the last 2 years and have yet to get a call back
A new patient exam is $243 if you do not have insurance. However, we do offer a sliding fee scale which you can apply for by bringing us certain financial documentation. Depending on which fee schedule you qualify for, you may be eligible to pay as little as $50 per appointment. Our other two fee scales require you pay 50% of the fee (which would be $121.50) or at the very most 75% of the fee (which would be $182.25).
There is no age requirement however we generally do not do restorative treatment on children under the age of 7 unless they are an established patient who is comfortable with our staff and facility. If we feel your child is too young to be treated here we will still perform a clinical examination and offer a referral to a pediatric dentist if we deem necessary. We encourage all children over the age of 6 months to have a dental home to be seen for exams and cleanings even if they do not have pain or cavities.
