Good service when I go inside. Window service needs much improvement. I'm really a window girl,but I ❤️ Dunkin Donuts. So I've just about given up on the window.

If I could give zero stars I would! There’s literally no reason to have an attitude especially at 7:30 in the morning! Don’t work if you can’t deal with people. Went through the drive through 2 times , the first time an employee gave us a nasty attitude, second time my order was completely wrong clearly they don’t care. Never ever will I spend my money at this Dunkin.

Cornball gaming

I actually like this dunkin so it's sad to make a bad review but I had sent my fiance to get me food and they didn't put the cream cheese with my order and when I sent him back to get it they charged me for it. I know that it was asked for so I don't understand why I'm getting charged for another cream cheese because they forgot the first one. I'm not too happy about it and that's not really great customer service. I Work in customer service I think that's absurd.

How refreshing it is to be greeted by a very pleasant, very patient , very sweet lady who took my order in the drive-thru today around 10am. She made my day brighter and lighter after a really taxing graveyard shift. I wish I knew her name. I’m very grateful for people like her who makes life tolerable. This dunkin donut has a gem. She is the gem!
