Absolutely horrible experience. I'm not one to complain or leave negative reviews but our experience was abysmal. Brought a group on a weekday and front to back, had a terrible time. From the minute we walked in, the guy behind the desk told us that us booking was the only reason he had to come in to work for the day. He seemed genuinly annoyed at us for booking in the first place. We got started and after about ten minutes, we asked for a hint and waited for 5 minutes before receiving it. Down the line, we asked for another hint and kept asking, only to be completely ignored. We spent half of our time asking for hints we never received. To our relief, our game master walked in after a long while and told us what we were missing, only to follow that up by telling us our hour was up and that we needed to leave. I couldn't recommend this place less.

Went with my family (husband and 2 kids, 11& 8). We had a blast! The rooms and story are completely immersive, which is what I look for in escape rooms. Puzzles were challenging, but solvable so we weren't getting frustrated. Will absolutely go back!

Went last Friday with a group of 5 of us. Was super fun and the guy was really nice, we tried out the intermediate Gangsters Gamble then was excited that we passed so we tried out the Lost Book of Spells. They are challenging yet very fun. I recommend to everyone!

Very fun. We had a group of 5 people and we had the alchemist room. Solve it with just 10 minutes to spare.
