It good but when they are busy they really need someone to tell people we're to park and wait to get there boats out of water. One guy thought he was frist in line and could take up the whole parking lot so people couldn't get out

Good boats bad service, guy on front scam me for supposedly damaging prepela on his pontoon 100$ I know that I don’t hit nothing, just a arrogant person, definitely not spending my $$ there again, if you do rent from them make sure you take a picture off it just so you don’t get overcharge

Well staffed and efficient. They were out helping the boaters when we arrived. Help was offered to us. Our crew had everything in hand so politely declined. Only two ramps. The public ramp had no docks. I didn't see where public parking was. Marina had parking directly behind the building.

Due to a family emergency I unfortunately had to cut my trip two days short in New Hampshire. I called in the morning and the owner picked up the phone and was very rude and inconsiderate and was just concerned that he was losing money out on a boat. Please understand but I am too losing money in others ways and don’t appreciate being spoken to like that when someone is going through a difficult time. ***Response Back to Owner’s Response*** I DID NOT ASK FOR THE DEPOSIT BACK. The correct situation of what happened was I asked to confirm if it was just the deposit I would lose and you said yes and I said “okay happy to hear” (Worried that I might be responsible for the entire boat rental amount) and you responded “Well I am not happy cause I’m losing money on a boat !” with an attitude and so on.
