Really like this place, feel like you're way out in the woods. First time we stayed since ownership change. Old owners were great. Couple of policy changes already that are not as user friendly. Hope this place doesn't go "corporate ".

My wife an I stayed here for the first time a few weeks back. It was just a quick weekend trip. I felt the campground had its own charm. It's very hilly with multiple beaches/water front which were quite beautiful. I felt it had a wide variety of different campsites so I could see the experience being different depending on where you get placed. It's a big place. There was some asthetic aspects I didn't really care for. But we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed walking around with the dog. There are some really nice looking sites on the water. I would go back again. We explored probably 10 campgrounds this season an I'd rate this towards the higher end of the middle of the pack overall for my taste.

I live in NH. and was looking for a nice campground to camp. I understand with cov.-19 happening and people panicking, but right before entrance neighbors had a large sign on lawn “If your license plate doesn’t say Live Free or Die, go the -uck home!” We pulled in, put our masks on, went in office and noticed we’re the only ones wearing masks. Anyways we say hello then asked if any sites were available and women behind counter says no and looks away, no hello back just no. Must have scared them with the masks. Did not feel welcome at all. Will never drive there again!

Beautiful Campground, friendly staff. We went in early June, we had 5 sites on the water with 6 dogs and 9 kids between us, we were not bothered at all, the kids loved to kayak on small dan hole lake, the dogs loved to swim. It was beautiful and clean and I cant wait to go back.
